During this second phase the healthier lifestyle habits you are developing
become more comfortable and natural. We continue meeting to train, track your progress and to provide guidance and accountability.

3: FINE
Begin To Look And Feel Your Finest
The focus of phase three is increased energy and vitality through proper nutrition. Phase two and three run concurrently. As your confidence and knowledge of what to do and how to do it grows we'll meet less often.

Look And Feel Fantastic While Sustaining Progress
Phase four is a celebration of your lifestyle changes and new commitment to health. With new skills and a plan for the future you take full responsibility for your new healthier lifestyle.
